Papa Lion just can't convince Little Lion to get out of bed this morning! They have so much to do, so Papa Lion decides to bring all the activities to him in bed, no matter how big and wild they are. Award-winning author and illustrator duo Darren Farrell and Maya Tatsukawa have created a sweet story about a persistent Papa and his tuckered-out cub, with a reminder that sometimes it’s the simplest things that bring the most happiness.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

DARREN FARRELL is an award-winning children's book author and illustrator. His book Thank You, Octopus was an NPR and HuffPost best book of the year. The New York Times called Stop Following Me, Moon! “a perfect introduction to the wonders of the universe.” He is the author of Dandelion Magic and Give This Book Away, illustrated by Maya Tatsukawa.
